    Once the initial pre-qualification documents (loan package) are complete, your advisor liaises with preferred lenders to acquire loan proposals. With your approval, the selection of the most suitable lender is made. Your advisor then runs navigation all the way to funding. You just need to provide the necessary documents and your advisor handles the rest.
